Floyd is not going to fight someone that Pac already beaten. Remember, Floyd always states how Pac fights his leftovers. Floyd will never fight someone that Pac has dominated and Cotto was a fighter that Pac destroyed.

1. 100% of Floyd and Manny fight before the 1st negotions happened without extra special test harmless or not. They were not used!!!! Not Manny's fault

2. Mayweather retired

3. Mayweather said he wasn't thinking about boxing

4. Manny was fighting every 6 monts and Mayweather was using 2 and 3 as an excuse and fighting the BM

5. Mayweather doesn't hit hard, nothing to fear... If Manny was afraid of power he should have fought Cotto, Mosley, Margarito, Clottey, and DLH they all hit harder

6. Manny has already lost 3 times so you can't say he is afraid of a loss

7. No major fight in boxing history to date from 106 to heavyweight had extra special testing so just throw that BS out!!!

Deal with the TRUTH Manny has fought EVERYBODY who was Anybody with a applicable resume... He has never been accused of ducking he has managed to fight more fights above 147 than May despite being younger and not reaching the division until Dec. 2008 and managed to fight Cotto, Clottey, and Margs guys who have spent more time as top 5 WW from 2006 to 2010 than anybody, 2006 was Floyd's time at or above 147 yet he seemed to miss those guys...

MANNY fights everybody, Floyd retires every 2 minutes or has long periods of not thinking about boxing before fighting the likes of Quitter Boy Ortiz, those are the facts deal with them!!!!
