In Rocky 4, Ivan Drago is clearly seen getting a banned substance injected into him. Also when his wife is questioned on steroids she seems to get very nervous and steers the conversation off topic.

Also shane mosley is a known steroid user so we don't actually know how many world titles shane has truly won

He's tested positive twice. The first time the fight was moved up, which is why it was still in his system.
