It's my understanding that they turn in their round by round score and then it's tallied on a full sheet (by whom, I'm not sure). Either way, it was an obvious agregious mistake - are you saying you don't think something as bad as giving the wrong guy an 10-8 round (one that can't be disputed due to point deductions) should be overlooked because someone wrote it down wrong? That doesn't sound right IMO.
And I never understood how they didn't go back and change the Pac/Marquez draw to a W for Pac - according to the wrong counting of knockdowns scored by one judge would have made Pac the winner on the cards. Maybe they didn't find the error until after all was said and done - but in this case they caught the obvious error and it was changed to what it correctly was supposed to be.
