NAW...the Modern Day Marvin Hagler could be Tavoris Cloud...IMO!

he has that Boxer Brawler style like Hagler, Cloud also has the same RELENTLESS STYLE, he has the POWER and he has a pretty good chin and he knows how to cut the ring off against faster fighters

Cotto has/had more of a Carlos Monzon style!

2- the comparison made by Lamon was about heart and boxing similarity not based on a cheater that for the most part is not respected in the boxing world.

2 things stand out glaringly. Hagler had a dynamite chin and superb stamina. Coto has a shaky chin & is a 6 round fighter. But if Cotto was tougher & had stamina to spare I'd say sure thing.
