No. Berrio KOed Robert Stieglitz for the IBF title.

Bute defeated a good fighter in Sakio Bika in an IBF eliminator to earn the right to fight Berrio for the title.

Bute has beaten a lot of very good fighters - Bika, Johnson, Berrio, Miranda, Andrade, etc.

Chavez has only one decent win: Sebastian Zbik. His other opponents were not even as good as Miranda and not better than Brinkley, Magee and Mendy.
