How does Jones' comments affect Manny's " on-again off-again " cut ?
Did Bob Arum check with Nate Jones before he stated that May 5th was perfect for a Marquez fight?
Or did Jones' revelations convince Arum that Manny's cut suddenly became bigger than the grand canyon and May would not be possible?

we got 2+ years worth of non-sense from both sides / camps and yet people dont realize that both sides are to blame for not making this fight happen. When it isnt Arum, Its Floyd, then its roach, then Its Pacquiao...etc. Thay whole "Thats what she said" game is getting old now. There has been plenty of oppertunities from either side to make the fight happen and they both have avoided it in there own ways so until this fight isnt signed, we need to blame them both for not making this fight happen.Comment

The more I visit this site and read the "contributions" the more I think it's the internet version of a support group, but in this case it's a support group that is desperately trying and devoted to escaping reality. Dunno, it's weird to see how far some will go to continue to create an impression that the obstructions to the fight are mutual, they aren't. Not surprisingly the "it's both sides" argument comes up when Bob Arum is less than slippery and gets tripped up in one of his lies, well then, it's time for a full court press from some in the media to create a counter reality.
This thread is incredibly deceptive and unhelpful, I can only think the reason it exists is because there are those that are complicit in the deception and are willing to lay their credibility on the line as long as the focus can go back to Mayweather, the bad guy.
Bob Arum calls all the shots folks, and he doesn't want this fight. I realize that Manny has a legion of passionate fans, but simply because this is the case doesn't mean that he can speak for himself or even understands a fraction about what's at stake.
