Bradley vs Peterson was just as good a fight as the Peterson Khan fight was..Peterson comes to fight,no matter who he is in the ring with the fight will be good..Lol at the haters who are *****ing about *****ing...how about shutting the **** up and enjoying a good scrap that the WBA has provided for us as boxing fans.. Either way I don't think Lamont-Tim or Lamont-Pac would've been as competitive as khan-peterson will be.. Khan could've gone with Prescott or Bradley..But Bradley will not step up and Prescott will not be as good and competitve as Peterson.. Boxingwise this is a good matchComment

Khan should have put this same kinda pressure on Peterson in the ring, and saved everyone all his crying..But instead he ran(yes ran)around the ring trying his hardest to not be engaged by Peterson..Which I believe cost him the fight, not the ref or the second gun man or deep throat...The reason is simple khan doesn't want lamont losing his belt any time before a rematch and thats a certainty if he fights jmm or bradley khans giving him no breathing space lamont never had any intention of giving khan a rematch after scraping the barrel for a judge's decision and i suspect he might vacate rather then fight khanComment

He didn't have it a 10-10 round, he had it 10-8 FOR KHAN - which is an obvious mistake because Khan was deducted a point by the ref.

He fought on the retreat, but so did Ali in most of his fights. He didn't run. He was throwing punches while retreating most of the time and that's not running. Unfortunately for him, the punches he threw on the retreat were largely ineffective (unlike Ali). Plus he ******ly spent a lot of time on the ropes just blocking and not turning his man.
But the fact remains that he didn't run any more than Ali did.Last edited by Dave Rado; 01-07-2012, 08:11 PM.Comment

I agree that Khan's punches were largely ineffective but disagree in making the Ali comparison, Khan has never shown to have the ability to fight going backwards, where as Ali was great at that. Khan moves for long stretches before feeling comfortable enough to punch. He fought on the retreat, but so did Ali in most of his fights. He didn't run. He was throwing punches while retreating most of the time and that's not running. Unfortunately for him, the punches he threw on the retreat were largely ineffective (unlike Ali).
