First, he couldn't make the fight for May 5, 2012 because of Manny's cut, Floyd uncertain legal issues, and because he wanted to build a new 40,000 seat stadium.

Than, Floyd gets sentenced to jail, Manny is available for May 5th if the opponent is Marquez, they'd like that date. Mayweather is going to prison, can't fight him.

Now, Floyd gets a continuation, won't go to jail until June, and all of a sudden May 5th is now not enough time, because of Manny's cut, the new stadium he wants built again, and Manny is fighting in June instead.

You can't see the truth??? Arum doesn't want to make the fight, and almost every single person involved with boxing in some sort of manner agrees that if Manny doesn't speak up about wanting Floyd on May 5th and doesn't force Arum to make the fight, than he's to blame.
