thats not true. the promoter is an agent of the fighter. just like a manager, etc. the difference is, they both have contractual duties to one another. so in essence its not really like one works for the other. but pac has more than enough power to choose who he fights. if u believe otherwise then you are a fool.

I see some people trying to defend Pac, saying its all Arum's doing. That poor little Emanuelita Pacquaio has nothing to with it. Well like the saying goes "You are judged by the company you keep".

Pac is presented his options by Arum, Pac has the right to choose whichever option he wants, or else they wouldn't be presented to him in the first place. Pacquiao picks the worst opponents he can pick. Let's stop the "its Arum's fault" bull****. It's Pacquiao's fault this fight has not happened.
