147. I don't think Cotto moved up to 154 because he couldn't make 147. There was nothing for him at 147. Both fighters would probably perform at their best at 147. Cotto's last fight against Margarito was at 150.

IDK about all that. At 140 Cotto would come into the ring at like 152 or higher. Floyd is at WW and just started coming in at 150. Before that he was always between 146-148. At 140 he would come in at 143 pounds
