That youtube clip was before the Ortiz fight. After the Ortiz fight he reserved the MGM for the May 5th date. And, after he reserved that date he went to BET on 106th and Park and pretty much called out Pac. I don't know what more you want the man to do.

Yea but that was all before the Ortiz fight.

His actions after Ortiz to even go on and reserve the date to call out Pac is as serious you can get. You can't get anymore serious. If the fight doesn't happen, then Pac is at fault and he ducked him. That's all there is to it.
