    Best Printed(magazine, newspaper) Boxing Source?

Besides the internet, what newspapers and/or magazines do you guys read to stay current on boxing news and events?

I like "Ring" magazine, but its untimely and sometimes irrelevant once the next issue comes out because its several months in advance.

Another boxing source, which I've used in the past but no so much currently is "Sports Illustrated." The articles and photography is great, but I haven't been able to pick an issue up in a while(I couldn't tell you the last boxer/fight which made the front cover).

The last printed source I use is, the Boston Globe sports page. The Globe prints a couple articles a week(sometimes less) about boxing news and they're pretty well written(usually Ron Borges).

What printed sources, if any, do you guys use?

KO Mag was the best US publication (better than The Ring for me)

There was also one called 'EuroBox' back in the day, written in different languages, but they were abit too biased towards European fighters while not hesitating to slag off US and UK fighters when the opportunity permitted.

i should get my first issue for the ring subscription in december, the USA Today usually runs a few small articles about fighters and matchups about a week or two before they happen (depending, of course, on popularity)

Yeah, but different writers and different editors etc. I preferred reading KO.
