    huh? chavez is still fighting rubio and martinez is still fighting macklin. all it says is martinez will be (or still be) chavez's mandatory.

        uh ... who cares chavez will fight rubio, and vacate the strap afterwards. WBC did absolutely nothing with this decision. just a futile attempt to save face in front of the boxing public.
