every fighter fights for money, I don't know any fighters that fight for free and strictly for their fans. if anyone ever said that, they didn't know what they were talking about.

you generate the kind of money a floyd or pacquiao does, you better believe you'll want $20mil+ paydays.

Well considering all the money that's being spent for the lawsuit. Of course he would want more.

TBH this isn't outrageous at all.

Prior to the fight, most considered this a blowout/cherry pick on Pacquiao's part. Even with that, the fight did over 1.3/1.4 million when most thought it wasn't going to be a fight at all.

Going into the fourth fight, people know for sure it will be competitive (because all three prior to it were) so the fans know they will be getting there money for it.

If a lopsided fight still did 1.3 and above, surely a 4th would generate more, meaning more money for both sides. So I really don't see the problem with Manny or Juan asking for the amount they've been asking for (esp. since it's a tough fight for both)

With that said, I really don't want to see Manny beat JMM for a fourth time and would much rather see him face someone new in Tim Bradley.

Pay Bradley a cool 5-6 million and give Manny the 20 plus guaranteed minimum.

All fighters fight for money... we all know that, but this is the first time I've ever heard of Pacquiao "demanding" a guarantee... it seems a little out of character if you ask me. I never thought id see the day that Manny would price himself out of a fight, a fight with a natural super featherweight at that

He did the same with Hatton and nearly killed the fight.

Manny doesnt really want that money. He knows that Uncle Bob wont give him that amount. That's Manny's way of avoiding another fight with Father Marquez!

If they fight again I'm sure Marquez would get knock the **** out.

The marquez fight is a great preparation for mayweather too.

Pacquiao should be well-paid for being embarrassed, again.

Personally, I dont give a **** what anyone else makes, but I think that $28mil is too much to ask when you just got beaten by a 38yo midget who you tried to disadvantage on the scales.

Truth be known, Pacquiao is in the exact same position as Khan......

He lost, with no rematch options..... so yes, Pacquiao is INCREDIBLY LUCKY to be in a position to ask for such a ridiculous amount of money to duck Marquez.
