I guarantee you if Bradley fought the opponents Cotto did he would have quite a few Ls on his record

Bradley can fight on the outside, in the pocket, off the ropes ,etc.
Cotto too can fight in the pocket at times and off the ropes but he is less effective than when he boxes where Bradley is
very effective regardless of how he fights.
Bradley would have a pretty good chance against anyone on Cotto's resume imo. He probably loses to Pacquiao though and maybe Mosley.
