Puerto Rican welterweight prospect Thomas Dulorme (13-0, 10 KOs) will return to the ring on Februray 17th in California, says Ricardo Rodriguez of Univeral Promotions. Dulorme's promoter will attempt to match him in the summer with former champion and top welterweight contender Paulie Malignaggi. Dulorme is going to fight again in June, as part of a New York card on the week of the Puerto Rican Day parade. Universal Promotions hope to get him a title shot by the end of the year.

Galarza had no skills. He was always looking for a one puch KO. Dulorme is way better and much smarter.
