The main problem with Bradley vs Pacquiao is that Bradley has no fan base and most casual fans don't even know about the existence of him. Also Pacquiao comes from a tight extremely controversial decision that could hurt his PPV numbers (maybe not a lot, but combine that with a fight against an unknown boxer for many and you could see some not so good numbers)

Well... Pacquiao again. They'll undoubtedly have a rematch in there and if Bradley beats Pacquiao.... and they fight again... everyone will want to watch it more so than the first time.

Hard to tell, none of them have anything related to a fan base, but the main difference here is that Pacquiao fought Clottey after his win by TKO over Cotto in great fashion, and also after his brutal KO over Hatton. At that point, Pacquiao was at the top of the world, and that continued til the win over Margarito. After that, the win over Mosley started to give some doubts about him but he was still a clear winner, but now after Marquez it's the worst moment Pac has been in a very long time.
