Now this ****** is mouthing off because Mayweather's going in.I hope they pick Bradley who I know will smother the life out of the midget or Marquez who will leave nothing to chance now that Marquez cant get knocked out or downWith Floyd Mayweather Jr. going to jail for a domestic violence conviction, it's doubtful he will be able to participate in a fight with welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao until perhaps the latter part of 2012.

Roach says he'll think about it when he's been talking a lot about Peterson lately. Deffo won't be Bradley, and neither Marquez.
As of now, I do know Roach wants Peterson and Arum probably Cotto. They'll flip a coin.
Pacquaio has no say on the matter, he'll just do as he's told.
I agree, def not Bradley, Arum won't pick him, too much risk, not enough money.
Peterson would be a good pick, he's tall, with long arms, but not slow or predictable like a Margo, he can brawl or box, he would give Manny a good fight, the only problem being he get hit clean too much with big punches, then get his ass on the canevas , it was the case against Bradley,Khan and Ortiz, and he can't afford that against a puncher like Manny.
Peterson is getting better in every fight.Comment

Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum informed the Manila Bulletin that he plans to present three possible options to Manny Pacquiao for a posssible defense of the WBO welterweight title in either April or May. Arum plans to meet with Pacquiao in the first week of January in Los Angeles. The short list, according to Arum, are Juan Manuel Marquez (53-6-1, 39KOs), unbeaten WBO 140-pound champion Timothy Bradley (28-0, 12KOs) and WBC 154-pound champion Miguel Cotto (37-2, 30KOs).

I think Roach is underestimating Peterson. If you noticed in R1 of Khan -vs- Peterson, Peterson opted to box, showed great defensive skill however was having probably working his offensive game that's why he later chose to brawl. Basically, Peterson can box if he wants to, which could play against Pac if he decides to cherry pick him instead of the Ortiz -vs- Berto 2 winner or Bradley.I agree, def not Bradley, Arum won't pick him, too much risk, not enough money.

I genuiney believe that team Pacman did want to fight Floyd. Or they simply wanted to out do him by beating everyone he's beaten better. But that plan got sliced through when team Pacman cherrypicked Marquez & realized that Pacman has not improved on anything they claimed that he did. Now Floyd-Pacman never gets made because Floyd would box circles up, under & around Pacman & they know that.Comment
