Kizer said Ortiz, by telling a video reporter he intended to break @FloydMayweather's nose in Sept. head butt, needs to explain self. Kizer said @VICIOUSortiz would likely be summoned to Jan. 11 Nevada State Athletic Commission meeting. #boxing
