Barrera, Marquez, cotto..and I don't think Morales was that much out of his prime when pac beat him the first time..

It's tough, you can bend things around, but how many people actually picked Pacquiao to beat Oscar? Not many, so maybe Oscar wasn't in his prime but he was prime enough to be the favorite. Hatton and Cotto were coming off just one loss. Does that mean they weren't prime? Hatton's prime is tough to judge because he was good and then got knocked out twice and then retired. Barrera was definitely still in his prime the first time. Morales had just beat Pacquiao, why would he not be in his prime the second fight?

Arguments can be made for Barrera twice, Morales twice, Marquez twice, Hatton, Cotto, Marg and DLH, but then again, you can argue against most of them.

I would give him the first Barrera and second Morales fights, Cotto, Hatton and Marquez twice(whether he won or not is another argument)

*with the help of fires near barrera's camp and other distractions as well as not taking pac seriously
