Does the WBC "Diamond" belt even have mandatories? lol. It was created when pac fought cotto. It serves no real purpose other than being a shiny belt someone can wear. They just gave Martinez that belt so they could give Chavez the real WBC belt. Diamond belt means nothing.Comment
