Mexico - Mexican boxers Jorge "Travieso" Arce and Juan Manuel Marquez received their new belts from the World Boxing Organization. In a ceremony held in the lounge of a luxury hotel in Paseo de la Reforma, the world champions received their belts from Puerto Rican Francisco Valcarcel, president of the World Boxing Organization (WBO). Also, champions Orlando Salido and Moises Fuentes received their new title belts.

Good for these world champs to be given that type of recognition, they have earned it!! Can't wait to see them in the ring again, especially Marquéz(Too bad he was robbed AGAIN against Pacquiao).. But LEECH Valcarcel is a REAL SCUMBAG!!! He's NOT even liked here in Puerto Rico, which is where he's from..In the promotional tour of Cotto/Pacquiao here on the Island(Bellas Artes amphitheater in Caguas), almost everyone was received well with applause & cheers ect, even Pacquiao & Roach..Everyone except Valcarcel, as soon as he was announced everyone started booing him & calling him all sorts insulting names all threw out his speech, as a matter of fact he couldn't be heard..At the end he just said that he was received the same exact way in the Philippines..I guess the Pinoy's know what a piece of S H I T PARASITE he is!!
