The award goes to Round 1 of Kirkland vs Angulo.

I can't say that I disagree with Dan. I could've easily seen this fight being "Fight of The Year" as well.

I think that the 1st rd of Tyson Marquez vs Concepcion was as good.

Most definitely Marquez vs Concepcion was the FOY in 2011.

Also Thomas Dulorme got a mention, this guys is going to be one of the best p4p guys in boxing in a year or so. He can fight righty and southpaw, he can box beautifully or KO you, he has power and speed, offense and defense.

If he has a good work ethic I doubt anyone beats him in the near future.

Haha I can see why you would see it like that.

I thnk Angulo was still landing bombs in the 3rd round though... After I watch replay's, I can see how some will think Kirkland blew him out. But while watching the fight live, you didn't know if Angulo would land a fight turning punch.

kirkland beat the crap out of that dude & went to his country to do it. that was about the only competitive round of the fight.
