Suddenly after the Super 6 is over it turns out that Dirrell is now ready. The main problem with Dirrell is that he's now considered by many as a coward despite of his boxing talent. His other main problem is that he's mentally weak and even though I don't like Bute very much he's a hard hitter and Dirrell may have serious problem with him. IMO if Dirrell loses even his career could be in serious problems.

I think there's only a selected few that see Dirrel as a coward after the Abraham fight. That was a solid shot from a solid puncher in Abraham. I don't think Dirrel was faking.

I think Dirrel showed great mental toughness coming off a loss against Froch (thought Dirrel won), to handle the undefeated AA the way he did.

Like me I don't care for Pac as of now I think after cotto he has just been fighting guys with names but I will never say he's not a threat and can beat most guys at 147. As I said before, Dirrell is a very talented fighter, great skills, good power...but he is just mentally weak. I have mentioned the Froch and Abraham examples before...his mind/heart are just questionable. Could he beat Bute? Sure. Will he? Not so sure. As "protected" as people say Bute is...or he has only fought B level fighters, etc....one thing is certain...that left hand of his. I don't care who you put in the ring with him, that is always the X factor. That will always be the possible game changer in any of his fights...and that is REAL, not hype. Could Ward, Froch, Dirrell beat Bute? Yes, whoever is better on any of those nights will win. Ward and Dirrell are more skilled, Froch is tougher...but Bute is the only SMW who really has 1 punch stopping power (well other than Abraham but he is about done now). I am not saying Bute has not been totally protected, I am sure he has to a certain extent, especially with only fighting in Quebec basically. However any opponent that gets in the ring with Bute better be wary of that left hook/uppercut, it is a hard shot and its sneaky as hell lol.
