I would think a lot of Ward's weariness late in the Froch fight had to do with the body shots Froch was landing, which probably went slightly unnoticed, and the fact that Froch is a big man. It had to take a lot of energy to control him in clinches the way Ward did. Dirrell wouldn't take that same energy to control inside.

I agree slightly with this, but also a lot had to do with Ward's injured hand which unabled him to operate as best he could do from Rd 6.

It's not out of the real of possibility that Dirrell could stop Ward..

Andre looked ready to go in the last round against Froch..

He was sloppy..tired..and falling in with his hands down...Carl didn't catch-on and is still kicking himself.

Dirrell has to get some fights under his belt first..

Looked more like Carl just couldn't hit him even though Ward was tired which shows how good he is lol.

Common sense........... who has Anthony beat he is a fringe contender who will get destroyed when he steps up in class,as for Andre he wont beat Bute Ward Kessler or Froch sht i dont think he can beat a faded road warrior at this point.

I say Andre beats Kessler and he already beat Froch in some people's opinions. Not sure about Bute though. I have to see Bute against someone actually good first.

Dirrell is a scrub, he should have been relevant when he had his chance to, no one wants to watch a lying coward fight.

Dirrel with with Ward or Froch's heart would have been the best SMW, but without the heart he's incomplete, so i still have to hand it to Ward.
