Comments Thread For: Adrian Hernandez is Riding High, Sulaiman Lays Praise

Last Friday in ****kok was an edge of your seat battle between Mexico's Adrian "Confessor" Hernandez, who lost his WBC junior flyweight title, and Thailand's ****sawan Porpramook. It could be the "2011 Fight of the Year" for the WBC, confirmed Jose Sulaiman, the President of the sanctioning body. Hernandez was not prepared for the harsh heat of Thailand and he didn't like the gloves that were selected for the fight. He hopes to have a rematch in 2012.

they knew what they were getting into by going there, including the unbearable heat & w/just a tarp over the ring in the afternoon, & as champ he has right of refusal of gloves...the Thai never will leave his sanctuary, only way Hernandez gets the rematch is go back...I watched the bout & the Thai was terribly strong...AH hit him some mighty blows, & it was close, but he never hurt him...AH will continue well, but regaining is another matter...
