as I always state, the least-talented & most boring division in boxing..2 bad they never had a Liston, Clay , Foreman, or Holmes in front of them , cuz both Kltich's would 've been KO'd by all the afore-mentioned, no doubt...

Unfair criticism. Thompson fought well against Wlad, cut him, and connected with some good flush shots. Definitely gave Wlad the best fight of anyone during his winning streak -- far better than David Haye did.

Thompson is slow as **** is the problem, he just isn't much of a natural athlete.

His real problem are his weak punches, despite his great size they do no damage.

I agree that Thompson did decent in the fight and landed some flush shots inside, in combination even...but he got KOed. The little bit of success he did have was a little surprising because Tony is one of the slowest, most unathletic guys using that style at heavyweight I can remember seeing of late. I think he uses a style and has the size/length that could beat Wlad if he was a different person perhaps lol , but his total lack of being dynamic is any way is what makes the rematch so pointless. o well

Who, THIS Thompson? You've got to be kidding me. This guy must be a comedian. I guess the "nap" he took after Wlad's monster shot connected, gave him amnesia of the outcome of their first fight.

                      You got that right.

I mean, Jean-Paul Mormeck and then Tony Thompson? Really? This is what we have to look forward to next year for Klit?
