I'd be surprised if he didn't fight Jones after jones wins the IBF (Assuming Jones beats Bailey which he should be good enough to do). IMO, if Brook doesn't get a title fight anytime soon... fight Zavec. Zavec is a lot better than everyone thinks and was giving Berto a fight. Will be tougher than when he fought the pole.

make it brook vs. hatton with 10oz. reebok pillows. to make sure it goes the full 12. brook hasn't fought enough tough guys in 12 round fights, and that could be his biggest weakness, similar to berto's. he can destroy soft targets but tougher guys will not be so easy.
he really needs to fight a tougher stepping stone like senchenko or zaveck.

This is ridiculous, Kell Brook is way above Hatton's level i can't believe they're still having him fight meaningless fights. He needs to step up the competition and fight someone like Mike Jones or Andre Berto.
