He hasn't won a major fight since, ummm 1991 I think? He was the heavyweight champ during a weak period of the division (like Klitchko), and would've been cannon fodder for any of the recognized top 5 heavyweights.

there is nothing wrong with tyson`s chin, he has taken loads off punisment before going down and has never been knocked out cold.
