Spot on. The ole "1 day cut for 1 day of good behavior" puts it at 45 days max... or "1.5 days for 1 day good" puts it at approx. the 30 day mark you described. I'm a little concerned, though, about $May's unusual 2am workouts when he enters the second tier of the 3 month suspended sentence. No way will his P.O. allow him to be out past 10pm...so $May will have to bring the gym and street running (in this case tread mill) over to his house.
