Floyd ain't gonna do no 3 months in jail, he'll do about 30 days just like lindsay lohan did when she was given the same exact sentence...

He is going to do ~73 days in jail if he doesn't get into any trouble while he is in jail.

He has 3 days time served so his sentence is already 87 days...plus for every 5 days you go without trouble you get 1 free day time served...so yeah he will be out in mid-late March in all likelihood.
