Was Bute in the Super six, was Anthony in the Super six. NO! The Super six had Arthur Abraham,Jermain Taylor,Glen Johnson,Ward,Froch,Andre, please dont mention the mighty fist of thor Allen Green, lol. Glen was a hundred years old, JT is straight garbage,Abraham is a walking talking punching bag,Froch is an over rated telegrapghing snail. Kessler was a good fighter but very limited in the skills department. Andre is by far the favorite and best of the bunch. Anybody who knows boxing could have told you that from day one but you throw Bute and Anthony in the mix and the story plays out entirely different.

Whether or not you agree with the TS and the story of Ward being hurt in the amateurs (he's been hurt a couple times as a professional too), he will struggle with Anthony Dirrell, as much and maybe moreso than his brother. Either way, I'm real psyched about him being the mandatory and Ward possibly fighting him next year. I still give Ward the edge because Dirrell is flat-footed and his defense relies so much on his reflexes (too stationary IMO) but it won't be easy.

Much respect! Ilike to see intelligent responses, not just some ****** smart a$$ sarcasium. I appreciate you at least noticing the level of comp in this match between Ward and ANTHONY! Many will be shock by the out come but I will not. Wards ko lost will be great for boxing. It will show the rise and fall, of a champion which will attract alot of media.

agree with you there, video means next to nothing, especially as he got up and won convincingly

say what you want about ward but i think maybe his greatest asset is the fact that he has close to no flaws. you have to consider him one of the 3-4 most well rounded fighters in the sport.

post clips of any fighters first couple of fights and you will find flaws, ward is a completely different fighter now. his defensive skills, intelligence, speed, chin, heart and stamina makes him one of the hardest fighters in the sport to knock out imo.
