All I know if Calzaghe was better than Nelson, he was better than Eubank.

Well everyone knows im a "Naz Nuthugger" so Naz.

Ok, i dont want any lectures on how his achievements were tainted by Barrerra and that Lennox and all the rest achieved more than him because of such and such a fighter/belt.

      Naz straight up.

        Lennox Lewis isn't a top 10 all-time heavyweight.

You've got atleast Joe Louis, Rocky Marciano, Muhammad Ali, Larry Holmes, Mike Tyson, Jack Dempsey, Sonny Liston, George Foreman, Joe Frazier, Floyd Patterson, Jersey Joe Walcott, Max Schmeling and Gene Tunney all ahead of Lennox Lewis, that's at the very least. Rid**** Bowe from Bowe-Holyfield I would of beaten Lennox Lewis, Evander Holyfield from Bowe-Holyfield II would of beaten Lennox Lewis. John L Sullivan and Jack Johnson were greater than Lennox Lewis.

Why even post this.....you eliminated your credibilty (on the topic) right from the start.

If Naseem Hamed is the best British fighter ever, than Britsh boxers must be awful.

I knew I would get this reaction.

I posted because the poll doesnt say who voted who. So i decided to explain my actions. I am aware technically, on paper and realistically there are greater fighters than Naz. But those are acomplishment based. My vote was different to everyone else's. I voted him because he is one of my favourite fighters.

Where would you rank John Conteh amongst the best of Great Britian ?
Not quite in the same class as Benn or Eubank (or Watson), but ahead of Johnny Nelson and up there with Lloyd Honeyghan, Dennis Andries and Duke McKenzie. Conteh used to spar with Frank Bruno and John Mugabi after he'd retired and held his own! Yeah, Conteh, what can you say? He was a very good fighter, but not one of the very very best.

Try & keep what you know separate from what you like.....if the two don't match up.

I know that he never won a world title, but Herol Graham at his best would of beaten Benn and Watson at their best.
