This is so sad and is more of a tactical ploy by Golden Boy and Team Khan to strong arm and coerce Team Peterson into an immediate rematch by threatening a protest to strip Lamont Peterson of his titles. Amir should just move on and grow up, because his childish and peevish behavior, coupled with his lack of taking personal responsibility and blaming others for his own shortcomings in the ring; Which led to the loss, is a real turnoff to boxing fans. Likewise, if he's not careful, this could also lead to major backlash against him; Especially with the sanctioning and world governing bodies. In addition, given his persistent railing against the jurisdiction of the boxing rules and regulations of the sport by calling them crooked and corrupt, he is running the risk of permanently damaging his reputation and career too. Moreover, the very fact that he cannot accept responsibility and is blaming someone else for his own actions, without so much as giving Lamont Peterson credit for his very brave and spirited performance against him is what I find to be the most troubling and repugnant of all. On the other hand, I thought Lamont Peterson had handled himself with both class, dignity and grace, when Oscar and Team Khan were complaining about the officiating and calling for an immediate rematch. He'd agreed in principle,to grant it to them but now I'm not so sure he will; Because judging by their conduct, I personally don't think they deserve one. Lamont and his team owes Amir Khan nothing. All Peterson did was go in, took care of his business, while fighting the fight of his life and as a result was victorious. Khan made the mistake of underestimating him and paid dearly for it. However, that is on him. Therefore, the case is closed.

In Vegas Lamont will get the Golden Boy Treatment w/ Raul Caiz or Russell Mora to ref the fight. Lamont should sign only if they agree in principle on Steve Smoger that way we are guaranteed some action and not a track meet again.

When Khan gets on that bike I almost want to change the damn channel. Roach needs to bring in somebody to help this kid adjust his inside fighting game.

The fight Before Peterson fought khan (victor cayo) he made $10,000, his last fight was $650,000 and now there's an offer of over $1Million. Good for him. Very likeable guy. He's not gonna make that against anyone else at 140.

Yea, last time Khan offered 300k to fight, hes said no, took the 10k fight and then got offered 650k.

It's like he's saying that he doens't want to take anything away from Peterson's victory.... other than the belts and win. But hey, on the bright side if it's ruled in my favor, I might issue you a rematch after you make a name for yourself (translation: I'll never fight you again).

Nah I can't see it,it might be a closer fight..But I think Bradley is to much for Peterson..He can do what Peterson does best,and imo is better conditioned then Peterson...

I don't know... If you really look at that third round, Peterson went in after being knocked down. Granted, Hunter and Pete sounded like extreme excuse machines as of late for why they lost that fight, but I genuinely think their approach will be much different than the first fight.
