Miguel does it a lot. But he hates the publicity stuff that comes with it. He is always present at charities events in PR. His non-profit org is Fundacion El Angel. And no joke, he went bold in 2007 in support of cancer patient. Cotto is no attention whore, so he definitely do most of his work behind cameras.
