Yes it was a novel idea, but 2+ years was a long time, I’m glad it’s over with.

I wanted Froch to win on Saturday night because i am an Englishman, however, if im being totally honest – if we’re ALL being totally honest, the result was exactly how we all knew it would be, there were no surprises.

Froch is painfully slow and this can never be improved upon. Ward just picked him off, it was his easiest fight in the competition.

I’d like to see Froch take on Groves next, but i can’t see it happening.

Ward, well he is on his way to bigger and better things and i whole heartedly congratulate him.

You honesty is refreshing, but while I went for Ward, I think Froch gave a solid account for himself. Especially in the last 4 rounds. He is a really strong fighter & against anyone else in the division he wins IMO. I do not for a second believe that he should be ashamed of losing that fight.

Um he already got a hometown decision vs. Dirrell. And he hung life and death with Taylor. He can probably take out all the Eurobums, but realistically, there are probably 5 Americans around 168 lbs. with the skills to make Froch look silly.

Listen, I thought Dirrel won the fight too, but lets just hold for a second, Dirrel ran that fight, there is boxing & there is running, when you turn your back to a fighter & actually dart across the ring, that's running. Dirrel was in Frochs hometown running, his corner told him he had to stand his ground, he ran even more, he caused himself.

That's all relative. Vitali Klitschko turned his back and literally ran away from Arreola 3-4 times in their fight. Didn't really matter.

Yep, he ran away from Froch like a coward, and then pretended he was hurt against Arthur Abraham like a coward. He hasn't got the heart of a champion.
