No, you're wrong! What Sulaiman's doing is making the right decision for once. We criticize the man for the crooked way in which he runs the WBC but when he finally does something right for a change u criticize him about that. In this case, he made the right decision. Jr, Conelo and all these other so call champions need to start fighting their mandatories and if theyre not confident enough in their abilities and skills to beat the #1 contender, then they don't deserve to be called champions, its good for boxing.

Sulaiman should do the same with Alvarez...make that bum fight somebody..

It's absurd Martinez has long been loyal to the WBC and was stripped without ever losing for taking the only fight HBO would approve him for while **** wad Jr was allowed to fight for martinez's title on HBO against the same bum Martinez couldn't get approval for. He is right as some of you say, but its a damn shame this statement is not really about canelo, its more about Chavez Jr not fighting Martinez and still getting a smooth ride while thier boxing careers continue, that's the bottom line.
