oh no...don't tell me its true BHop! I can't see the master of clinching/hugging fighting his master student of clinching/hugging..I'm crying all the way to 2012..the year of (hopefully) mega fights (Manny-Floyd, Chavez Jr-Alvarez, Ward-Bute etc..)
Ward, although a champ in his division, is so boring with his fight style that he can only be compared with Ricky Hatton's holding/punching style, effective (against certain opponents) but will not make for PPV material unless his opponents is a fan friendly fighter

First Dirrell, now B-hop. I'm guessing Chad Dawson is off the list too. Ward couldn't have know Allan Green was American. Someone should tell him the Olympics are over.

People need to be careful with what they wish for. People want to see fights happen so badly, like Wlad vs Vitali, a best friend vs a best friend, etc. It's not them in there, so that's why they're asking for it, cause they couldn't care less about a friendship, or brothers fighting. Boxing is just a sport, it's not a movie or a soap opera. I don't give a damn about Ward never fighting Hopkins or Dirrell if they're friendship is really that strong, I would not box a best friend or some one elderly than me that I have too much respect for. When I was young, me and my best friends would box and go all out, but as you get older, you don't feel like boxing them anymore. So I understand the situation with Ward/Hopkins/Dirrell.
