P.S. im sure Shaw loves Mexicans, he dont mind the big paychecks he is getting from fighting his fighters against em. Win or loose money is money to Shaw. Plus he is gonna get another fat paycheck from the Corrales vs Castillo III fight.

Didn't Shaw used the excuse that Castillo was 3 pounds over the contracted weight and therefore he wasn't paying the 100K bet because Castillo was fighting out of contract?

from what i heard the bet was made after the weigh in fiasco.

It could be.

What I recalled was that there was a bet made in regards that Castillo will not KO Corrales. When Castillo did KO Chico, JLC approached Shaw in the ring reminding him of the bet they had and that's when Shaw pulled out that 3 pound bull****.
At any rate, a bet is a bet and Shaw should have paid.
