What happened to enforcing rules in boxing?

*You can't hold your opponent and hit him at the same time

You see some fighters clinch and hold an arm while punching with the other arm. Just like last week many people didn't know pushing is illegal in boxing. Holding your opponent and punching him at the same time is illegal in boxing. As well as excessive clinching, it is a foul (remember Ferguson-Tyson) yet fighters are allowed to do it?

First of all you're allowed to punch with one arm free

And get over it. You sound like you just started watching boxing last weak

If you got past your bias you would recognize clinching is not a boxing act and is used to stall a fight and is illegal in boxing as well as holding one of your opponents arms and punching with your other arm. But I understand you are bias. Many people on here didn't even know pushing was an illegal act until last week. I understand many people will take a long time to figure out the rules of boxing...

Ok its not a legit rule but its one of those unwritten ones

Just like clinching, holding and pushing are technically illegal but are allowed in certain degrees
