There seems to be a real lack of B+ level fighters at welterweight. You have the elite A+ level fighters in Pac and Money then the world class A level fighters in Berto, Ortiz and Senchenko but below that your looking at guys like Brook, Jones and Zaveck. Its difficult for guy like Jones and Brook to make the step up in class becausse there isn't really that may options.

I think Kell has great potential. But like you said this win doesn't mean anything. He KO'd a guy he was supposed to. Time to step up.
