Kessler warns Froch about american harassment.

Danish 3 time supermiddleweight champion Mikkel Kessler will be ringside for the supersix final between american Andre Ward and brit Carl Froch. From there he'll be rooting for the englishman.

The defeat in the first groupstage fight at the hands of Ward still bugs Kessler moreso because of the way he was treated by the americans and he is helping Froch to prepare for similar harassment. Kessler tells danish daily Politiken.dk:

"I've spoken to Carl several times since we met in the ring. In fact I have just spoken to him. I pick him to win, but one has to be concerned how he'll be treated. By the looks of it they treat him fairly so far. The presser went along nicely."

Kessler has told Froch to get all agreements in writing and he vividly remembers how he was treated before his fight with Ward:

"I told Froch of all the little things that stressed me. Just as I had had my final pee the told me to do a doping-test. In order to do that, I had to drink 2 liters of water. Not good when you are standing in the dressingroom. And when the final wraps was put on my hands Ward's trainer said I had to have them re-wrapped. They should have said that earlier."

Kessler adds:

"Then they said I should get ready to get into the ring in 5 minutes and I started to hit the pads. Then they said '10 more minutes'. That continued for 45 minutes. They wanted to stress me. It was pura harassment!"

What was done to Mikkel Kessler before by Ward's team and during the fight with crooked referee Jack Reiss was truly de****able.

Kessler doesn't seem to realize that Froch is respected in America, because he's given them reason to respect him.

Kessler, on the other hand, had given Americans absolutely no reason to respect him by comparison.

please man gtfo with that bull****. kesslers mom can ref the fight he will still get his ass beat. ward outclassed kessler every second of every round and was dominating the fight long before the headbutts. he shut kessler down for 5-6 rounds and hit him at will, then the headbutts start and y'all act like thats the reason the fight went like it did. the headbutts saved kessler from getting taylored in the last round if you ask me.

besides the headbutts werent all ward fault, two of them were his faults and the other two were just as much kesslers fault as they were wards, yet you ppl like to ignore that dont you, just like you ignore how ward took him to school for 5 rounds before the first clash.

a different ref wont change the fact that kessler fights in straight lines, stands up straight with no headmovement, cant fight on the inside, has poor counterpunching skills and makes close to no adjustments. ward will exploit these flaws even more than he did the first time in a rematch, i dont see kessler winning a round, making it to 12 or ever fighting again if hes gets anywhere near andre ward in the future.

its really pathetic how poorly kessler coped with ward beating him, all these excuses and constant whining over nothing. he should just man up and accept defeat or its gonna come back to haunt him.

ward and hunter want to fight him again for all the **** hes been talking, knock his **** in the dirt once and for all and end all that noise. if he gets the chance he will put an even worse beating on kessler and send him into retirement.

but if it hapened to Ward in Denmark you'd have a different opinion i think..

that wasnt crossing the line at all (abraham fight), and for the record froch wasnt pleased with the treatment he got in denmark either its just that he doesnt act like a bíg ol' girl about it.

just look at the scorecards ffs. and dont forget the wraps, kessler had to re wrap his hands in oakland bcuz they were wrapped illegally and he acts like it came as a suprise, makes one wonder how they let him wrap his hands in denmark. the time delay is part of boxing, i deal with that everytime i fight amateur and iut effects professionals even more.

all the talk about everyone trying to get in his head and make him nervous is just paranoia, if hes so mentally weak that can take his focus no wonder ward took his heart so easily in the ring.
