88 Clinches from Ward in the Kessler Fight

The initial cut on Kessler early in the fight was caused by a Ward headbutt.

In the Kessler-Froch fight, the referee Jack Reiss kept admonishing Kessler for no reason other than to confuse and distract him. And he allowed Ward to deliberately headbutt and hit off the break. At one point, Ward hit Kessler off the break and Jack Reiss yelled at Kesser about it!

And the blow that ended the fight was a blatently deliberate headbutt. It brought a smirk to the face of Jack Reiss as he saw Kessler wince in pain.

It would be poetic justice if Froch KOs Ward.

pffffffffffft, I own the fight on HD. Whenever I want to see a whiteboy get humiliated I throw that in the DVD player during my Black Power parties.

This video doesn't show ward clocking Kessler in the face early in the fight with right hands does it? what's the excuse for that? He clinched illegally but with his fist and thus all those punches to kesslers face don't count?

Ward is very crafty and sneaky with his clinches though, when Clinches he also quickly releases they batter you inside...Bernard Hopkins does then exact same thing

kinda funny though because nobody said or complained about Ricky Hatton style which used a lot of clinching so he can try to get inside of his opponent and make it a fight

Hatton was labeled "TOUGH" and "RUGGED"...but Ward and Hopkins are labeled "DIRTY" lol When did boxing fans get some ****** and B!TCHY...

as for the Kessler vs Ward fight...Kessler was struggling with Ward speed and never did anything to make me believe if they was to fight again that the outcome will be any different

btw, i wonder if fans back in the day used to go around complaining about junk like this? as long as both fighters were fighting, which they were (thats inside fighting) i dont see the issue. its not the hug, hug some more to escape offense **** berto does.

lol, exactly. instead they complain about the ref not letting him do it against floyd. truth is boxing fans are fickle. if something doesnt go the way of their fighter, they whine like little b*tches. btw, i had a good deal of respect for hatton's style and i prefer what he does over the **** khan does any day. i think hatton would have destroyed khan at 140. with that said, him not being able to hold didnt hurt him as much as ppl think, i think he did really good in that floyd fight. just was up against a better fighter.
