He's extremely skillful, fast, powerful and talented - he absolutely has the ability to be a top P4P guy. I rate him higher than most fighter p4p wise.

His size wont allow him to go higher than 135 though, he's small and is reaching that point that he can't add much more weight to his frame without slight losing some of his gifts.

gamboa's not a fighter who can move up.... he's stocky at 126, he'll lose his speed and agility as he moves up.... pacquiao and mayweather are welterweights.... could you imagine gamboa fighting mike jones? it's absurd....
