Even im betting for ward on points.

Sad but true. Froch is a legend and it pisses me off how someone can beat pascal, dirrell, kessler(yes he won that with an injury in denmark), tayor, brian magee, glen johnson and athur abraham and still get called a limited fighter.

Surely if this guy has no defence he would have been in alot more trouble, you cant face that level of opposition, get hit less times than khan did in only his maidana and peterson fights and be called a limited fighter.

However, stylistically and the location, i feel froch will lose by 4 rounds against ward tbh.

I feel froch has to be really up for it in terms of fitness, his punch output must be increased(which cost him the kessler fight) and he has to utilise his reach advantage. if the fight gets in on the inside its game over for froch.

Fact is i think froch will lose this fight, that is my prediction. But with it being in america, he really point scorer in ward, i just cant see him doing it.

I actuaLLY THINk they could be a higher percentage that the fight will be stopped by a cut rather than froch kncoking ward out...

I really like Froch now, and my picking against him has nothing to do with underestimating him anymore. I just think Ward is that good.

Froch has proven me wrong nearly every step of the way in the tournament though, so maybe he'll do so again. He'd certainly deserve it.

froch has won me alot of money, he was underdog in the taylor, abraham, and kessler fights and imo won all 3.

But i honestly think that the fight will go like this...

ward will dominate and go about 6/7 rounds up, then the championship rounds froch may have a late rally, but ward will tactically surive.

So ward unananimous, by about 4/5 rounds, so i will be putting 20 quid on the unanimous victory for ward. When your betting you gotta let emotions over rule you.

He's not a limited fighter, but he's never looked great against a great foe other than the Abraham fight.

The Pascal fight was very close. I think I had it a draw.

He was losing the Taylor fight until his late fight heroics helped him pull a come-from-behind KO.

He clearly got schooled by Dirrell but benefitted from homecooking.

The Kessler fight, he actually impressed me. That fight was damn close. I believe I had it a draw and thought the rounds Froch won he did more impressively than the rounds Kessler won. I could have seen that going either way, but that was a case where Kessler needed a win badly and Froch was due for a loss after getting away with a robbery over Dirrell.

Now the Abraham fight, to me, was a great performance. Everyone thought Froch would war Abraham, but that was the only way Abraham could win against the much bigger man. Froch used the jab to perfection and just basically piled up points without ever trying to take Abraham out. That had to go down as the most surprising fight of the year based on the way it unfolded. Everyone expected Fight of the Year, but it was just one guy boxing and the other guy doing nothing.

Beating Glen Johnson means nothing. I think some of my friends may have beaten Johnson. The guy has 56 losses.

The fact that he can mix his style up will help, he'll lose rounds being outboxed by Ward but if he can drag himself back into it like he's shown in the past then Ward will need to show exceptional composure to get the win

Froch is unpredictable and a lot of it will be down to how Ward reacts to his style; the safe bet is clearly Ward by decision but it wouldn't suprise me at all if Froch nicked it.

good lord you are a terrible scorer pascal draw??? every pundit asnd press row scored it to froch.

As for the dirrell, home cooking, why did all the top american pundits and boxing pundits all score it to froch

Why did the press row score it to froch??

Why did even boxrec punch stats score it to froch???

EAVEN DAN Rafael scored it to froch, allan green, manny sweward all scored it to froch.

Yet some ugly cyber warrior called diegofuego calls it a robbery, hm who am i going to belive.

BTW i had froch winning by 4 rounds against dirrell...

I personally feel ward is being overrated a little bit I'd put up some coins on Froch at good odds
