I wasn't trying to argue about the fight just trying to clarify who you thought Khan should blame. It was the language I didn't understand. For avoidance of doubt I think you might've been better to put 'himself' at the end as opposed to just 'him' as it left it somewhat ambiguous. Just my opinion.
