this thread is from 2005 when Hatton beat Kostya Tszyu at 140. Before Floyd fought Hatton in december 2007, Floyd was already a WW and people wanted him to fight Cotto. I remember alot of people complaining about Floyd vs Hatton being at 147 because by that time Hatton had pretty much lost to Collazo at WW and said he wasn't good at that weight. Collazo pretty much chased Hatton back down to 140. It could have gone either way but I scored it for Collazo at the time.

Hatton did spark up some interest in the Floyd fight in 2007 though by beating Castillo and then calling out Mayweather.
