I can see why you would think that, as Bradley is better on the inside than Peterson, which is where Peterson was winning his parts of the fight against Khan (who is pretty bad on the inside). . . HOWEVER, bear these factors in mind: Pete has a bit more pop, Pete has a rangier, and better jab to WORK HIS WAY INSIDE. . Bradley usually relies on his fast footwork and short little stature to burrow inside. . HOWEVER, his feet are still slower than khans, and Khan WILL TIME him coming in head first. . . Peterson has a different technique to get inside, so despite not being as adapt on the inside, is more suited TO GETTING ON THE INSIDE against Khan's style. . .

And about the 50-50 comment, I still don't think Bradley deserves that much since Khan is the moneymaker between the two but Khan was desperate enough enough to give him that offer earlier this year. It won't be hard to convince this time around.
