That being said Khan was like the flashy Olympian Leonard who using fast combinations, blistering speed and showboating was winning rounds, and Peterson was like the tough Hagler from the mean streets who had it tough his whole life with no real amatuer pedigree to speak of and nothing but a big heart and looking to hurt the opponent and wear Leonard down.
In Leonard v Hagler, Leonard got the decision, It could have gone either way, In Khan v Peterson, Peterson got the decision thanks to the referee ( I had Khan winning despite the penalty points).
This fight really surpassed all expectations, The referee was clearly biased and hijacked the result by deducting points from Khan for "pushing" and "pushing the head down" but allowing LP at the same time to push Khan and lead into Khan headfirst ala Timothy Bradley.

get off him KHAN, dont push KHAN, let him go KHAN, let him win KHAN, dont throw punches KHAN,
