From a selfish point of view id like to see them fight in England as id like to go along. Iv'e got alot of repect for fighters who travel to fight, but it often comes back to haunt them.

As for the fight, i didnt think the ref had the best of nights, but can't take anything away from Peterson, he was very good. He pressured Khan, went to the body and was bullying him around the ring at times.
I liked Peterson before the fight, but like him more now..he comes across very well IMO.

I think this loss (like the Prescott one) will do Khan good in the long-term. He's not ready at all for someone like Mayweather IMO and this fight may make him re-set his sights a little.

Canada, Puerto Rico or Mexico. Have it at a neutral site like bowl games.

I find it hilarious that Roach and Khan feel there was something FIshy about the Decision but never Mention the One Idiot Judge that Had it a BLowout for Khan, even with the Two Point Deductions Taken From Khan. Im sure that Judge wasnt on GBP payroll lol. Khan needs to take a lesson from Murray and take his Beating like Man, even though he ran like a little Girl

Amir Khan should be completely embarrassed by his performance last night, he ran away from a B- fighter. Im not taking anything away from Peterson but he isnt the elite. Khan ran from this man and got spanked, Khan your a bum!!!!!!! And im still waiting for all the *****s who ran their mouths yesterday about Khan winning, where ya's at i want to hear what excuses you got

Why would he give Judah a rematch, McCloskey had a better claim but neither of them won a single round against Khan.

Isn't that the truth. Peterson has titles so he's a commodity now, there will be efforts to protect him. Khan won't be robbed next time though, he'll be better prepared and win by an even wider margin.

In your defense i was wrong, he got exposed by an average fighter ahahah. khan is a bum go back to England where you will beat 100 bums and pad your record. America is for true champions not over hyped punks
I disagree with you on the Peterson being an average fighter comment. He's clearly one of the best in the division.

I can't argue you that statement, I could absolutely agree with that, my problem with last night was there were some rounds where he went to sleep that was my only problem. Other than that his defense was excellent last night Khan missed alot of punches and Peterson was the aggressor. Id like to see a rematch with him and Tim Bradley hopfully he is more aggressive

Well, Khan did go to his hometown so it's only fair that the rematch is held in the UK.

Anyways, world title fights should never be held at a fighter's hometown and the judges should always be from neutral countries.

Well done. Don't know about the scoring (not a judge but know a lot about boxing) but regarding the point deductions; Khan really only lost 1 pt imo. One point deduct was really a point back to Lamont for the piss poor knockdown call for which I support refs that don't let gross mistakes on their part go undone.

I support at least 1 pt deduction for Khan during the fight as I was appalled by the amount of head holding and leaning he employed. That said, it was a great fight. Lamont was my guy in the fight and I want to see them do it again.

Don't think the rematch should be immediate. I think like Khan's knockout loss, he will learn something from this. Hopefully he'll tone down a bit on the self-love so that I can be a fan again! Great skills in the ring but still needs a lot of work inside and outside of it to carry the sport like I think he possibly can one day (while also being well liked for his personality too).

If we're using the UK as a measuring stick for how hometown refs should screw foreign fighters then the ref in D.C. last night was in Khan's pocket and was a disgrace to hometown refs everywhere..
Well said. That ref looked unpolished last night however he was far from favoring Peterson. Khan used a vicious elbow in the first round that rec'd zero attention.
